On Tuesday night I was invited to join lots of other tweeters at the 'tweet-up' to celebrate the launch of Sarah Brown's fabulous book Behind the Black Door.      There were lots of celebs there, including Pamela Stephenson, Katy Brand, Sue Perkins, Dan Stevens from Downton Abbey, Duncan Bannatyne…
