"This book has a huge range of soup recipes, and is divided into different sections for ease of use.  I particularly like the 'quick and easy' section, which has some brilliant ideas for anybody pushed for time – the chicken miso broth was a clear winner in our house (and super-healthy too!).  There are lots of unusual ideas to get those taste buds going, as well, and the recipes and ingredients lists are clear and concise.  The only disappointment for me was that there are no pictures – I do like a recipe book to have a few photographs of the finished product."
